Aluminium Extrusion Profiles & Dies
ALCA METALS manufactures Aluminium Extrusion Profiles, is equipped with 25 Aluminium Extrusion Press (Billet 3” – Billet 8”) and supported by the best industrial expert with more than 30 years of operational experience in aluminium extrusion industry, offering both standard and custom designs. We take pride in controlling every step of the aluminium extrusion process, including the design and manufacturing of our own aluminium extrusion dies. Unlike many suppliers, we don’t outsource this critical part of the process. By creating our dies in-house, we ensure precision, consistency, and quality that aligns with our high standards.

Aluminium Billet & Alloy
At ALCA Metals, we produce our own aluminium billets, ensuring superior quality, cost efficiency, and faster turnaround times. By manufacturing billets in-house, we guarantee consistent, high-quality material and eliminate third-party costs, allowing us to offer competitive prices. ALCA Metals’ Billet Production Facility is implementing spectrometer testing equipment from Spectrolab® (Germany), allowing ALCA Metals to produce various type of aluminium alloys such as 6061, 6063, 6463, 6005, 6085 or other unique alloy requirement from the clients. Our new casting house facility is also equipped with the latest “Electromagnetic Stirrer AC-DC-AC” technology, which enable us to produce a high quality aluminium billet with very minimum contamination. With ALCA Metals, you can trust that every aluminium profile is made with precision and reliability, from billet to finished product.
Aluminium Fabrication
ALCA Metals specializes in aluminium fabrication, offering a wide range of services to meet the needs of various industries. From custom profiles to complex aluminium structures, we use advanced techniques and precision equipment to transform raw aluminium into high-quality products. ALCA Metals’ In-House OEM facility caters any aluminium fabrication requirement such as cut to length, punching, drilling, tapping, bending, CNC routing, welding and any other special requirement. OEM facility produce numbers of scaffolding, fencing, railing, decorative panel, ladders, doors, furniture, wardrobe, air diffuser, etc. Whether you need standard components or custom designs, ALCA Metals ensures that each project is executed with the highest standards of quality, speed, and reliability.
Aluminium Powder Coating
ALCA provides high-quality Aluminium powder coating, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and custom finishes to meet customer needs. ALCA Metals is applying both vertical & horizontal powder coating technology from GEMA (Switzerland) which is capable of painting up to 12 meter length (longest in South East Asia). ALCA Metals is also an approved applicator of global brand like Akzo-Nobel, PPG and Jotun (25 years warranty products can be provided upon request). We offer standard and custom coatings.
Aluminium Anodizing
ALCA has high-quality anodizing for Aluminium extrusions, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and an attractive finish. ALCA Metals is applying chemical coloring technology from Italy & Germany; to obtain various kind of anodizing color, such as Natural, Brown, Black, Gold and Silver Brightening Anodize.
